I don't know too many famous photographers, but I did think it would be fun to take pictures like a food photographer! I found a few images of "glorious" looking food photographed by Micheal Ray (http://www.foodportfolio.com/)

This is the image I feel best corresponds to the 3 I already printed that I'm going to add to my final abstract architecture collection.

I chose these 3 images because their dramatic contrast makes them relate.

day in the life 2- weather changes

interestingly enough, these are all the changes that happened in just one day across the sky, and the view is from my bedroom window. I spent the day shooting from the same spot, and thought these 5 images showed the most interesting stages of the sky through the day.

A Day in the Life

The process of taking these photos was a very enjoyable one. I was exploring the capabilities of my camera, as well as looking at the world in a new way. I was analyzing everything I saw and thinking about how so many things I see each day are capable of being a beautiful photo. I had a lot of fun hunting around for some good pictures and learned a lot about how to take a better picture. Im not sure which is my favorite, but the image with the windows was a cool one to me because everyday when I wake up I think about how cool my windows look. One morning around 5am I grabbed my camera and captured it once and for all.
